At Growing MSSP with Offensive Services, I took responsibility for delivery across a portfolio of offensive security engagements while continuing hands-on assessment work. The service covered web applications, internal infrastructure, Active Directory and cloud configuration, with testing plans shaped around each client's environment and threat context.
I tracked engagement progress, helped resolve technical obstacles and reviewed updates and reports. My own assessment and incident-response experience provided context for the work: understanding the attack surface, the significance of a finding and what the client needed from the assessment.
I maintained communication with technical contacts, managers and executives throughout delivery. Findings and briefings connected the technical issues to their impact and remediation, so clients could understand what the assessment had established and decide what to address. The linked cases separate my hands-on testing, scoping and reconnaissance automation from this service-delivery responsibility.
