I built an automated workflow to produce executive incident-of-note slides. The briefing had to make the security event understandable while retaining the connection between the incident, the weakness it exploited and the work needed afterward.
The generated presentation brought those elements together: what happened, the relevant weakness and the follow-up actions. This carried the investigation’s practical conclusions into the reporting format, keeping corrective work visible alongside the event itself.
I automated slide production for that recurring reporting need. The result was a consistent briefing structure that connected incident findings to the actions needed after the immediate response.
Closer to the work
Incident-of-note presentation
The workflow automatically generated executive incident-of-note slides from incident information. Its structure connected the event to the weakness exploited and the resulting follow-up work.
Open this detail ↗Follow-up actions
The generated slide included the incident’s follow-up actions. This kept the corrective work alongside the event being reported, so the briefing covered what needed to happen after the immediate response.
Open this detail ↗The weakness behind the event
The briefing included the weakness exploited during the incident. That linked the incident narrative to the underlying condition the follow-up work needed to address.
