I completed a BSc in Computer Science at the University in Lebanon through the Undergraduate Scholarship Programme scholarship, followed by an MSc in Information Security at UK University through a Postgraduate Scholarship Foundation scholarship. Both scholarships provided full funding, and I graduated with Distinction in both degrees.
My MSc covered cryptography and security mechanisms, operating-system security, network security, digital forensics, security testing and security management. For the research project, I examined weaknesses in ransomware key-management models and proposed a classification of recovery difficulty to support decisions about recovery resources.
I also completed a Philosophy minor and a semester at US Exchange University. Alongside my studies, I led University in Lebanon's Children's Humanitarian Organisation club, organising educational activities for underserved children, and taught computer skills through Community Education Charity. The teaching included helping teachers use digital learning tools in their classrooms.
